My goal is to work with individuals to connect with their local community, establish valued roles, and engage with people and supports that help them achieve this. I believe that working collaboratively with your circle of support (or helping to develop one), and drawing on your unique strengths and gifts, is the foundation for crafting a meaningful and inclusive life.

Community connection

Everyone should have the opportunity to connect with their community, to be known, valued and to feel a genuine sense of belonging.

I work alongside you to build meaningful community connections and unpaid connections, wherever possible. That could be with a neighbour, a local business owner, or someone else in the local community.

These connections can provide such a strong sense of belonging as well as acting as an important safeguard. It’s about creating a life where people aren’t solely reliant on services and paid supports, but are also surrounded by people who know them, and value their contribution to the community.

I hope to work with you in understanding you or your loved ones plan and utilising it in a way that best supports their unique goals and visions. This collaboration is designed to guide you through the entire disability landscape, beyond the scope of the NDIS.

  • Building capacity, resilience and knowledge of the NDIS

  • Support with all types of NDIS plan reviews

  • Budget development and monitoring throughout the plan period

Community connection

  • Community asset mapping: discovering what and who is around you that can help you live the life you want.

  • Working alongside your informal and formal support network, or helping you build one.

  • Support to build and strengthen connections within your local community
